Individual Counselling
At ICDS, Individual Counselling forms the foundation of personalized care in the recovery journey. Each patient is provided with one-on-one counselling sessions conducted by qualified psychologists and trained counsellors who focus on understanding the individual’s emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. These sessions create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where patients can openly express their thoughts, fears, triggers, and life experiences.
The counselling process is designed to identify the root causes of addiction or mental health concerns, rather than only addressing surface-level symptoms. Through structured therapeutic approaches such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral techniques, and goal-oriented therapy, patients are guided toward self-awareness and positive decision-making. Personalized treatment plans are developed based on the individual’s medical history, emotional state, lifestyle, and family background.
