The centre conducts awareness programmes in different community settings
through which our counsellor and social workers identify and screen the addicts and
motivate them for treatment. Besides these, our social workers undertake door-to-door
campaigns both in rural and urban areas to identify and screen the addicts. Patients are also
referred by other individuals and agencies and our centre maintains regular liaison with
such prospective agencies and institutions in the community.
